Pre tuning checklist
In order to get a good tune out of your costly engine build, it is important to go over some ground rules for the proper health of your motor, drivetrain, and electrical aspects of the car.
First things first. You should know the health of your motor. We highly advise that you do a full leak down/compression test!
No more than 20psi variance between cylinders.
Adjust valves to the specs of cams being used.
NO oil leaks.
Spark plugs:
Make sure you have the proper heat range plug for your whp goals.

If this is a VTEC motor please have it properly wired before arriving.
Getting good AFR readings is crucial to proper tuning so having a properly placed O2 bung is key to tuning!
If it is a turbo application have it 6 inches away from turbo.
All motor right at the merge collector
Drivetrain
